About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Administration Assistant (Temporary) to join our team. This position reports to the Office Manager and works closely with the Administration Officer. We are seeking a candidate to assist with all day-to-day administration tasks. This role is temporary casual with up to fulltime hours for the months of December and January. The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday. This role is perfect for a person seeking work experience in the administration field.

 

About You

  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft office products

  • Have well developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to a timeline

 

Responsibilities

  • Data entry

  • General Reception & Administrative duties

  • General Assistant duties

 

Essential Criteria, Skills, and Experience

  • No experience necessary

  • Australian Drivers license essential

  • Must speak fluent English 

 

Remuneration

Paid in-line with the horticulture award level 1 – casual rate.

Please note this role is not suitable for working holiday makers as it does not count towards the 88 days.
